Sunday, February 1, 2015 - Deep thick and opaque blackish burgundy. Nose of blackcurrant, blackberry and vine leaf, big and jammy - perhaps a little green pepper. Jammy cassis, bordering on cassis syrup. Big mouthful and viscous texture. Greenish edge possibly but decent balance.
