This one fits the bill perfectly: very dry, very crisp, with an enjoyable nose of fruit and, in this case, a somewhat darker undertone in the taste that reminded me of a Tempier Bandol rose, all ending up with a very satisfactory finish of about 10 seconds or so. Another CellarTracker found this wine a bit lacking in crisp acidity, but we were very happy with it. And at $8.50, well, we bought a case. May have to get more!
