Thursday, February 5, 2015 - Seems to be on the downslope now, but still very good. Tertiary flavours dominate here; it's very burnished with smoky and honeyed notes framing baked peach, orange peel, and citrus flavours, though there's still enough acidity on the palate to keep it fresh and lively.
