Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - Golden straw color. On the nose, cashews and orange, and a slight bit of oak and slate. On the palate, apple peel, lemon, with a pear finish. Somewhat flat mid palate, fairly long finish. Mid-body. Very good acidity. Dry hard cider kind of feel. 88-90
