Community Tasting Note

Sunday, March 15, 2015 - Drunk as aperitif, no formal tasting note.
Can't say much about the nose, which seems to me to be fine, classic, with some anise notes, overall not very expressive (but I have a cold).
On the palate it is light, but has a great acid grip, without being aggressive.
Lemony and with lemon zest on the finish, with a very light and fine chalky texture.
Loooong finish.
Lovely.
