Monday, April 6, 2015 - Opened up nicely, mineral, lemon peel, and fresh citrus nose. Medium body, complex and good length. Beautiful puligny les perrieres.

Just curious, have you had more than one bottle of this 07 Sauzet lately? If so, have you noticed any off/premox bottles? Just curious as to how you think the wine might be ageing...properly hopefully. Thanks!

8/25/2015 7:12:00 PM - Hi, I had quite a few bottles of 07/08 Sauzet Puligny Montrachet recently and they are all in good condition and no sign of premox so far.....hope this help....
