Friday, April 10, 2015 - Very clean nose of mixed florals, crushed gravel, pear, liquorice, almond skins, fresh birch leaves. Elegant palate of pear, lime, celery, some tangerine, camomile, the typical Ramonet mint, caramel, with a broad mineral content providing a nice base. Good length, smooth, with a slight green note. This builds up in intensity nicely with aeration at slightly below room temperature.
