Its biting heat on my tongue,however, left me disappointed not only in the day but the wine as well. The following evening, with a little patience and decanting, the cab allowed for smooth and approachable contemplation. I appreciated the nice balance of fruit and acid to lift me from my somber mood. sniff sniff.
