Sunday, April 19, 2015 - Aerated with a Venturi, served with a spicy-marinated trip-tip. Good Bordeaux for a CA wine lover (e.g. my wife), yet did have some sense of place, midway between Bordeaux and CA. Mid-Dark purple color, fruit nose with some minerality, sweet fruit on palate with hint of earthiness. Med-length finish. Great accompaniment to the trip-tip & brie to follow.
