Monday, April 20, 2015 - i just love this wine. I discovered it at Momofuku Milk bar, then ran out and bought a few bottles. Matched with Asian food, especially if it has some kick/spice, it makes the perfect compliment. It's balance of sweet and dry just works perfectly for my palate. Had last night with Chinese food and it made me smile, just as it did the last time I had it. Dee-lish.
