Thursday, April 23, 2015 - No formal notes. P&P and consumed over two hours. The dominant, ripe fruit from early in this wine's life has subdued and integrated well with the subtle spice, black pepper and floral notes. There is still a dark and red fruit dominated profile, but this is in overall balance. Took about 30 minutes in the glass to start showing really well after the first pour. The wine seems a bit hollow/short on the mid-palate transition to the finish.
