Saturday, May 2, 2015 - What a gorgeous, complex nose, earthy and mineral, with truffles, graphite, flowers and this intriguing lingering ginger feel. Took a few hours to open up into a red fruit, toffee, mineral palate, so elegant and showing good depth on the spiced and again ginger finish. Complex and elegant, yet still a bit restrained by its bitter tannins. Going somewhere beautiful in a couple of years. 93-95
