Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - This bottle also has an orange rim and a grenadine color in general. On the nose, it is pretty expressive with notes of cherry fruit and garrigue. On the palate, it has nice kirsch, garrigue, green olive and asain spice flavors. Very nice with some years ahead of it yet.

Now that this bottle has been open for several hours, it has become even more complex and delicious. Just like the previous reviewer's experience, I think the wine benefits greatly from several hours of airtime. It now offers more sweet kirsch, forest floor, and dark cherry chocolate fruit.

I am having the 2nd half of this bottle on day two and it continues to drink nicely. I have increased my score slightly.
