Thursday, October 25, 2007 - --Thick Purple coloring. Noticeably thick legs. Nose is jam-packed with strawberry, black cherry mousse, passionfruit, definite cassis character forming.
The palate follows through with the cassis and plum flavors, as well as spice, quality red licorice, with hints of mocha. This wine is very full-bodied but
it finishes a bit short which is fairly strange. The tannins are very sweet. This wine could use some cellaring and probably can go for another 5-7 years.
