Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Decanted for two hours. A rapturous nose of blackberry, pencil shavings, cigar box complexity and turkey bacon, with some white rise petal. So much to say, yet she still speaks softly. This is just starting to open up and will outlive most who read this today. Such fine tannins. Drink 2017 -.
