Friday, June 5, 2015 - Ruby/garnet hue. Soup like mixture of blackcurrant cherries coffee blackberry mint. Black olives and liver pate on the finish.Full bodied and elegant. The palate is perfect. Decantered and drunk between 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Oxidised notes at 105 minutes.Wine temperature in glass 16 degrees C. This wine has improved with age especially after 9 years and has developed a Bordeaux like elegance.
