Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Aroma - Not much, mineral, stone, d'anjou pear, faint citrus.
Appearance - Golden-straw, clear, CO2 bubbles rising, No haze.
Flavor - Very tart, puckering, astringency lingers long on the tongue.
Drank with steak & salmon ok, held up better with the salad.
