Friday, June 12, 2015 - Could have used a proper decant (poured a glass at restaurant and let it all sit for 45 minutes) as it was a bit disjointed early. But it came around and showed strong fruit and a stronger finish. Well balanced and typical Eloge smoothness. Went quite well with Short Ribs.
