Friday, June 19, 2015 - A superb Burgundy from a perfect bottle. Light ruby in the glass with ruby rims. Nose of honey and blackberries; Tastes like raspberries with heady astringent tang. Deep roasted coffee notes, tannin at the medium finish.
Compares favorably to Beaune 1er cru and Gevrey-Chambertin.
