Thursday, July 2, 2015 - As always with Ridge Monte Bello, this is too sweet for casual enjoyment at this age. Can be enjoyable just to sip and revel in the flavors and can work alongside a tasting menu, but just too much for normal cuisine. Sweet, savory, strong tannins, strong acidity. Very good. Wait.
