Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Enjoyed this Cab with filet mignon. So glad that I cellared this wine...it has improved with age. I scanted about 90 minutes before dining which really opened the taste. Wonderful structure...velvety texture, dark plum notes. Really enhanced our meal but would be equally great with dark chocolate.
