Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Hot Summer Night, Hall & Oates, outdoor venue, crudites, charcuterie. . . perfect setting to open this bottle that I purchased from my recent trip to the Ernie Els Winery in South Africa. Crisp, clean flavor and the color of straw, nose of apple and peach. What was I thinking, I should have purchased a case! Perfect to enjoy during the summer.
