Saturday, July 11, 2015 - The first Chardonnay of the day before 1998 Gaia & Rey, 2009 Jean Charlton Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Folatieres and 2010 Philippe Chavy Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles so tough test. Fortunately, the crisp straw yellowish, citrus-lemon with good oak aroma and silky smooth palate of vanilla cream and oak made for an outstanding Kistler. Relatively long finish. Only one more left in the cellar for sipping in2020.
