Thursday, July 9, 2015 - Yarra Yering vintage 2013 tasting (Angel Hotel, Angel Place, Sydney): Aromas of slightly burnt butter and toast dominate muted peach and spice. In the mouth there is more of the same, it finishes quite bitter and closes with some front of mouth drying tannins though a faint stone fruit carries long. Hmm.
