Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Champagne tasting. Served blind.
Fully mature nose with a load of minerals. Delicious notes of anise, orange and modelling clay. Sublime.
Quite rich, fullish, mature palate. Harmonious mouthfill. Chocolate and orange notes. Fat, but balanced with good grip. Toasty finish.
