Tuesday, November 6, 2007 - Very dark color, toasty fruit and some serious but sweet tannin. Over 2 hours the wine opened up considerably with some creamy chocolate notes. A little time should allow the oak to integrate.Plenty of fruit to offset the tannins. On day 2 the wine shows some mint. Still very rich. This is a good one.
