Saturday, August 8, 2015 - Very earthy and mineral on the nose at open. Strawberry and raspberry and tart citrus on a medium long finish. 2hrs in this shows the same continuing notes, but with additional leather, mint and charcoal. What a fantastic medley! Dark in color but very light in the mouth. Looking to see how this will age. Will wait 5 years for next bottle.
