Saturday, August 15, 2015 - Nice subtle nose with ripe apples, nuts, and brioche.
Smooth ripe mouth feel with good concentration and great bubbles.
Very well balanced. Very long finish with acid and minerals.
Pol Roger in roaring form, and 1988 is once again a killer. Ripe, but can withstand many years lengthwise
