Saturday, November 10, 2007 - Decented for 1 hour. Interesting nose of dark fruit, tar, smoke and sweet oak. Full-bodied palate of stewed fruits, licorice, earth and spice. While chewy, not the "in your face" style of Aussie shiraz. I liked this alot.
