Friday, September 11, 2015 - Tasting at Phillipe Lecler Champagne winery, Gevrey-Chambertin, Franc: Planted higher up the hill, roots are deeper, more concentration. Big nose. Structured and layered. Could use 3-5 more years. Big tannins right now.
Both Steve and Linda's favorite of the tasting.
