Sunday, September 13, 2015 - The 375 is ready with a decent hour's decant. This St Estephe displays a mature, disciplined Bordeaux profile, holding back a bit on the warmth and cassis in favor of more wood, smokey mist and a bit of dark cherry. The nose is classic Cabernet and the wine does not contain an excess of St Etephe smokiness. For a 2004, a very well made wine-- of course it will never flower into a 2005.
