Wednesday, September 16, 2015 - Fully developed and time to consume. Lovely with a white bean and lamb stew. Added a splash of 2014 Languedoc rose and it was far nicer. Conclusion is that I waited too long, still it was lovely unsullied but I am looking at my 2001 to 2005's.
