Sunday, October 4, 2015 - A pretty semi-opaque garnet in color, offering faint aromas of crushed raspberries, flowers and spice. Medium-to-full bodied, with a nice core of tangy cranberry and cherry fruit. Shows good depth and focus on the mid-palate. Balanced and harmonious, with a lively acidity. There's decent length to the slightly herbal, mineral-tinged finish. A nice, inexpensive Nebbiolo. Still slightly tannic and tight, this should improve with a bit of cellar time.
