Monday, October 19, 2015 - After a mere one hour decant, this one was firing on all cylinders. Rich, concentrated and layered, with notes of spice, pepper, smoke and meaty texture. Rather pronounced oak, though balanced by the minerality. Some definite heat on the finish.
