Thursday, November 22, 2007 - First sip after pop and pour. Vibrant and young, primary in nature. No complexity showing but tasty. 4 hours in the decanter down the road, wine has shut down. Overbearing tannins and showing lots of heat. This wine needs time, but has the potential for greatness in 5-7 years.
