Friday, October 30, 2015 - This wine is terrific, even from this tough vintage. I was very impressed; I let it decant about 45 minutes before really digging in. It was lovely, almost tending to the rich Napa Cabernet end of the red/black fruit spectrum, if that makes sense. It got far more floral and light when paired with Jasper Hill Farm's Willoughby cheese. Do yourself a favor and try that cheese with this wine, if you can...outstanding.
