Saturday, November 24, 2007 - Golden in color with aromas of lemon-lime, slate and minerals. Palate is medium bodied with a full fruit profile of limes and baked apples with an undercurrent of minerals and toasty oak. Acidic edge cuts the fruit and provides precision to a modestly creamy texture. Medium-length finish has citrus zest and minerality. Better on day 2 and still shows young.
