Wednesday, November 4, 2015 - Clear with med-lite viscosity in the glass. Nose of citrus blossom, tangerine, melon, green apple and forest floor. Med-lite body with tangerine, grapefruit, melon, crushed white pepper and sunflower on the palate. Touch of lemon oil. Pleasing wiry minerals bring texture. Just enough acidity to support its core. Medium finish.
