Sunday, November 25, 2007 - The nose is very nice, a little bit buttery, with hazelnuts and notes "pain grillé". It tasted like ripe apples and very fruity...pure essence of Chardonnay... It tasted like a young and vibrant champagne, and I was surprised it was already 10 years old!!!
