Monday, November 9, 2015 - Green gold colour
Some toastiness on nose but quite restrained
Lemony! So lemony! Lots of acidity. Very lean and intense
Just starting to take on some nuts and vanilla
Very long, I could taste this minutes later
Keep and will be amazing
This is made like how they used to make it: grapes picked green, oxidised must, low alcohol
