Friday, November 16, 2007 - Drink this fast. Really nice and jammy out of the gate. Nice plum and cocoa tones but this wine is fading fast. Once it aerates for a while you can taste the deterioration over just a couple of hours. Stop holding and drink this one, it's on its downside.
