Tuesday, November 24, 2015 - This was my last bottle and I decided to kill it based on recent notes and the fear it may be approaching it's end. It was really nice with an excellent dinner of Lamb loin chops and Cacio e Pepe. This is not to the standard of other 05's I have had but IMHO deserves better than an 84 or 85. I wish I had more.
