Thursday, November 26, 2015 - PnP. Perfect cork. Medium clear ruby - no signs of browning. Complex nose of forest floor, spice, dark fruits. Quite full on the palate with a seamless quality and a very long and intense finish but without any aspect being out of place. With more air this develops a very dark character and more depth - almost mysterious. Unusual and very interesting.
