Friday, December 4, 2015 - Having one of these leak in the rack and go downhill I decided to try one with a sound cork and less than 1/4 inch ullage. It's quite good but definitely aged in the brown sugar direction, color is tawny red, soft but full, with lots of fruit/vegetable stall and some spice notes, no bacon fat or oak. It went well with the food. Think I have a couple more of these in the two racks I have yet to inventory, need to find and time to drink.
