Thursday, November 29, 2007 - Closed bouquet with a good deal of oak, almonds and pear. Buttery taste in which the scents of the bouquet come back. Long aftertaste. But this wine is too young. In fact I should buy a case to see how this develops. Definitely not a punishment drinking this once in a while.
