Sunday, December 6, 2015 - Great clarity, translucent, and pretty garnet color. The aromas are tight, cranberry, cherry, mushroom, and earthy notes. The tastes are cherry, earth, root beer, and some dill notes. The tannins are silky and the finish is delicious and earthy with a sour-fruit aftertaste.
