Sunday, December 20, 2015 - Cheval Blanc Vertical Tasting (Old Swiss House, Lucerne, Switzerland): Mature brick color. Nose showed ripe berries with hints of vegetable notes. Nice depth, powerful and long. Very balanced and good sweetness. The only negative were the somewhat dry tannins. Overall still a great wine for its age. Now fully mature
