Wednesday, November 18, 2015 - All the information I's read about the aging ability of this particular Rhone white wine was correct. At 10 years old it was not heavily oxidised like most would be. Flavours of exotic fruit were present without the usual extreme nuttiness that evolves in Rhone whites. Still fresh but with that lovely Rhone fullness. Partnered with chicken in a cream and tarragon sauce.
