Friday, December 25, 2015 - Opened almost one hours before, the cork was quite good and this started to make me happy , poured in a glass and happy to see the bubbles starting to go up. Yellow gold color, nose of toasted aromas , honey, zest , balanced and creamy bubbles , long lasting finish. Great bottle
