Friday, December 25, 2015 - Xmas wine selection. Three years since last bottle. Nose still blossoming. A classic Montrose, with aromas of rich dark black cherries, cassis, stone, leather. Palate more traditional albeit from vintage, with red and black fruits, a bit tougher tannins than the stellar '01. Long finish.
